It is a condition of booking your holiday through Denia Sun that you accept the following before placing a booking.

Our site allows you to 'reserve' your holiday dates allowing you to arrange your flights, safe in the knowledge that these dates cannot be reserved by another party. We will hold these dates for you for a maximum of 14 days

PLEASE confirm your reservation within 14 days - full instructions on how to do this are contained in the e-mail you receive when you make your reservation. If you don't, the dates will become available again. We cannot be held responsible for any losses you incur (e.g. flight tickets you have purchased) in the event of you not confirming your reservation.

You may cancel your reservation at anytime during this 14 day reservation period by either logging in via 'View my reservation' from our homepage or by contacting us. Full contact details are contained in your reservation e-mail. There are no penalties for cancelling a reservation.

• You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. You then have 14 days from the date of the e-mail to make your deposit of 25% of the total cost - this will change your reservation into a firm booking. This deposit is non refundable if you cancel.
• The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. If payment is not received in this time the booking can be cancelled by us.
• A £100 refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. This will be returned, in full, after a satisfactory inventory check of the property.
• Please vacate the house by 10 AM on the date of departure. New arrivals can check in after 2 PM on the arrival date. This allows for the house to be cleaned, linen and towels to be changed etc.
